Working remotely has become the new norm, and many companies are now providing their employees with flexible working hours. We have extensive experience constructing home offices, whether you want to work from home part-time or create an extra workspace in your home to stay productive.
A roof extension is a great way to add space. It allows you to add height and personality to your house and there are several options based on your specific requirements. If you’re searching for roof extension ideas or if you already know what you want, please get in contact and we can supply a free estimate.
Do you want to do a home extension but don’t know where to begin? Home extensions are typically large-scale renovation projects, which can be intimidating to most homeowners. That is where we can assist. When you work with us, we will take care of all of your concerns and uncertainties. Our team has the experience and processes in place to ensure that your project runs smoothly from start to finish.
With your car parked in the driveway and your garage accumulating clutter from the rest of your home, we can assist you in converting your garage into a new room that will supplement your hobbies and lifestyle! A transformed garage is a popular option among homeowners because it can often increase the value of your house.
Is it time to give your home a little more “breathing space”? An open-plan renovation will create more space, more light, and a fresh new look for your home. Perhaps you want to expand your living areas or open up a kitchen and dining area to improve flow. Or maybe you have a small or awkward space that you could make better use of?
A sunroom, also referred to as a solarium, pergola, sun porch, garden room, patio room, or conservatory, is a versatile space that allows you to enjoy the benefits of being outside without leaving your home!
Your sunroom can be an extension of your home, creating a modern in-door / out-door feeling, or it can exist as a separate structure in your garden.
As any estate agent will tell you, first appearances are everything. Even if the interior and location are both appealing, a tired facade significantly reduces the value of a house. That is why many homeowners choose to re-clad or repaint their home in order to modernise and increase its value. We are the expert team that can assist you in coordinating the entire project, making it easier and more cost-effective.
Complete our enquiry form and we’ll be in touch within 48 hours to arrange a site visit, during which we’ll offer a free, no-obligation estimate.
To make sure each project we work on is managed properly, we assign a project manager / site foreman. When the project manager has completed the design, layout, and building materials, the site manager /foreman is in charge of overseeing every stage of your renovation project. All of the tradespeople who will be working on your house are known to our project managers, and they have met with them in person.
During construction, they oversee and regularly inspect all work done by our tradespeople. While the project is in progress, the project manager keeps in touch with the tradespeople regularly to ensure everything is proceeding according to plan. You can reach the project manager at any time by phone or email.
Maybe. It depends on your financial situation. The project manager should be able to let you know during your design consultation whether we can stay within your budget and whether or not your financial expectations are reasonable.
Once the budget is agreed upon and a labour proposal is made, we will supply an estimate.
As a general guideline, you will require an architect to create plans if you are removing or adding any walls within or outside of the structure. We have the capacity to handle all of your design requirements, but we will turn to a member of our team if and when a architect is required to sign off.
Whether you need a building notice from your local building department or, if you live in an apartment building, whether the building management mandates that the designs be created by a qualified architect, will depend on your situation
It will depend on the size of the project. Your project manager will provide you with instructions on anything you need to do. However, in general, you’ll want to remove all of your personal items that can be relocated from the area that is being worked on. You should use plastic or sheets to cover your furniture to prevent it from dust, even though we cover the regions around our work area.
That is dependent on the project’s size and, to be really honest, your tolerance for hassles. You’ll have inconveniences if you live on-site while a renovation is going on. During the main construction, we often advise clients to find alternate housing because there will be dust and debris, workers coming and going and loud noises.
Also, witnessing someone tearing apart what might be their prized possession can be upsetting for some. Additionally, you might spend some of the time without certain conveniences like the bathroom.
Yes, but we advise that you remove as much as you can, especially your prized possessions. Even though we take great care to safeguard your possessions, building causes a lot of dust to fly around. Your possessions will get dust particles on them and in them no matter what we (or you) do to safeguard them because the particles are so small.
Depending on the situation, we either cover floors with heavy gauge plastic sheets. We also cover furniture to protect it as much as possible.
