To make sure each project we work on is managed properly, we assign a project manager / site foreman. When the project manager has completed the design, layout, and building materials, the site manager /foreman is in charge of overseeing every stage of your renovation project. All of the tradespeople who will be working on your house are known to our project managers, and they have met with them in person.
During construction, they oversee and regularly inspect all work done by our tradespeople. While the project is in progress, the project manager keeps in touch with the tradespeople regularly to ensure everything is proceeding according to plan. You can reach the project manager at any time by phone or email.
