This project involved a full refurbishment to modernise the flat from top to bottom. We installed a brand new bathroom and kitchen, completed plastering throughout, upgraded plumbing and electrics, and delivered a clean, durable finish with professional painting and carpentry.

Yes. We work regularly in leasehold flats — we can liaise with managing agents, observe permitted working hours and protect communal stairs and hallways.
Yes. All electrical and plumbing work is carried out by qualified trades and you receive the relevant certification on completion.
A one or two-bedroom flat typically takes four to eight weeks depending on the extent of the work. You will have a schedule before we start on site.
For a full refurbishment we usually recommend it is empty, as kitchen, bathroom and flooring works make it impractical to live in. If that is not possible we can phase the work.
