Can you carry out the whole refurbishment, or do I need separate trades? +

We handle the full project — building work, roofing, damp treatment, carpentry, plastering and decorating — all managed through one point of contact, so you are not coordinating trades yourself.

Do I need to move out while the work is done? +

In most cases no. We phase the work room by room, protect flooring and furniture, and keep dust contained so the property stays liveable throughout.

How do you deal with damp before decorating? +

We find and fix the source first, whether that is roofing, guttering or rising damp, then allow the affected areas to dry fully and make good before any decorating starts.

How long does a full refurbishment take? +

It depends on the size of the property and the scope of works, but a typical multi-room refurbishment runs from three to eight weeks. You get a schedule with your quotation.

Will I get a fixed price? +

Yes. Once we have surveyed the property you receive a fixed, itemised quotation. If anything unexpected is uncovered we discuss it and agree the cost with you before proceeding.
