Phase 3 - Steels Installation
With the floor structure in place, we moved on to installing the structural steels that will carry key loads across the build. This stage is critical because the steelwork helps lock the structural layout together, supports openings and spans, and sets up the next phase of masonry, framing, and roof construction accurately.
Phase 2 - Block and Beam Flooring Stage
With the footings complete, we moved on to installing the block and beam floor. The beams are set out and positioned to create a rigid, load-bearing deck, then the infill blocks complete the span. This gives a clean, level base that's ready for the next layers of the floor build-up and the structure above.
Phase 1 - Trench Footings & Concrete Pour
This stage is where the foundations start properly taking shape. We excavated the trench footings to the required depth and width, then poured the concrete to form a strong, stable base. Getting this right is what allows the next stages to go up straight, level, and properly supported.
