This second bathroom renovation is currently in progress. Work so far has covered a full strip-out, first-fix and tiling, with the shower enclosure now installed and plumbing and electrics positioned for the new layout.
We are managing the trades in sequence - strip-out, first-fix, tiling, then final fixtures and finishing - to keep the project moving cleanly through to completion.
